Do you feel that you are in a better position to secure a job after the fellowship is over as a result of networking opportunities that presented themselves throughout your tenure? Is the Knauss fellowship a real "foot in the door" into the Federal (and/or State) ocean policy arena? On a personal note, have you secured a position yet during the "job-hunting" season?
